Shop Platinum Hobo

I don't know what happened but a few years ago fuchsia joined my favorite colors group. Not baby pink but bold border neon pinks and magentas . And so when I saw this fabric I was like, oh yeah. We have two bags here without their straps. These are front and back views. Also there is a handpainted suede keychain which is also double-sided.  The square bag features a handpainted gold and turquoise flower motif with pale yellow crystal detailing on the opening side and flap.  The more rectangular bag has black, gold and turquoise handpainted designs and light pink crystal detailing on the back side.The straps go into the holes of the suede on the side of the bags. This bag is called Plenty of Fish .   It features handpainted blue turquoise fish and coral on one side. Also there is a long thick leather strap with gold grommets. The edges were kept raw because that's when I felt the bag was done. PLATINUM HOBO- Frivolity is necessity!

  Here we have one of my first totes. It's bright yellow cotton denim, with pink cotton straps that have pink yellow and orange w ooden bead detailing. This is a navy tote with white nylon straps. The front has a fuchsia pocket. This is a fun lightweight tote bag with red flower embroidery. (No I did not embroider it, that's just how the fabric was.) It has red cotton straps and red denim details.   And here is it's sister. The difference is the red sequin at the end of each strap instead.   PLATINUM HOBO- Frivolity is necessity!

This is the Platinum Hobo Blue Quilted Clutch.Simple but cool. The other side has a fuchsia cotton strap to put your hand.   This is my Graffiti Crazy Bunny handbag.  A different hand drawn design on each side. Wool felt handle. Nylon lined. PLATINUM HOBO- Frivolity is necessity!

Here's a photo of me drawing on the ribbon design freehand last September. This is the end of the bag. And the finished product. So cute! It's all cotton with piping the ribbon is on one end.This bag is actually holding 30+ bags in this photo. Perfect for a carry on. PLATINUM HOBO- Frivolity is necessity!

Here are some examples of stuff I'll have on there. All my bags are made from scrap fabric and leathers. Yay recycling. My compact mirrors are handmolded from a polymer clay.All other items are from random materials that i get the whim to use. Everything is one of a kind. This blue quilted bag has a velcro enclosure and the cotton strap has wooden beads. My first and favorite duffel bag. All cotton fabric and nylon straps. It is huge! The strap is worn across the body.   This is a handmade mirror with the American flag on it.  Here's a delicious chocolate chip cookie...no, it's a cute mirror! MORE TO COME!
